A free consultation is available to anyone that may be interested in pursuing one of the programmes below. It involves filling in a detailed questionnaire and 3-day food diary, enabling me to analyse your dietary and lifestyle habits. This helps me to determine which programme would be best suited to your needs going forward; each person’s programme is completely personalised and unique.
- 1-off 7 day eating plan.
For anyone who is stuck in a rut, cooking the same meals over and over and wanting to include more variety and nutrients in their diet by making better food choices (including meals and snacks), then this is for you. This doesn’t come with a consultation, but comes with many dietary and lifestyle tips to help you on your journey back to health.

- 1-month plan.
The one-month plan is for someone who considers themselves to have a good overall diet and lifestyle, but feels as though it needs a bit of tweaking, in a bid to reach overall health and well-being. This is for all people, whether you are non-active, active or an athlete.

o 4 follow-up consultations every week either via phone, email, skype or in person (if this is an option upon discussion)
o Careful planning between client and coach to reach an action plan that is attainable and workable to your lifestyle and goals.
o Constant reviewing of progress during all follow-up consultations for accountability and eventual results, discussion of any barriers refraining you from reaching your end goals and ways in which to break these barriers.
o Discussion of the parts of the plan you found enjoyable and parts you found more challenging, so that these can be changed or amended if needed.

- 2-month plan.
This programme is suitable for someone who has lost touch with healthy eating, going down a road of bad eating habits. This gives both the client and myself more time to change things slowly and efficiently in diet and lifestyle.
