Hi, my name is Stacey Kelly and I’m a Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach, specializing in Personalised Sports Nutrition. I’ve worked within professional cycling for over 10 years, travelling around the world supporting riders at some of the toughest multi-day races and competitions on offer. During this time, I have gained a wealth of knowledge relating to the body’s needs when it comes to nutrition; what works, what doesn’t and how to be flexible regarding the needs of different athletes.

The highlight of my career so far was definitely going to the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, with Team Ireland. As part of the support staff for Cycling Ireland, I helped athletes prepare and compete at the peak of their sport and it was a tremendous experience I’ll never forget. The last few years I have studied in conjunction with my commitments as a member of supporting staff for professional cycling team, JLT - Condor. Studying with the Institute of Health Sciences, allowed me to really further my knowledge of nutrition and gain a greater understanding of the science involved in a healthy, well-balanced diet.
